Individual Therapy
When we are with someone who listens, who understands, who has our best interests at heart, and whose feedback is both informed and independent, we can better understand our own goals, any problems we may be facing, and their root causes.
Based on this insight, we can then find possible solutions. With continued support, guidance, and encouragement, we come to see ourselves or the situation more clearly so that we are able to address it more effectively.
Later, when we have successfully resolved or managed what had been a very difficult or painful situation, it is time to say farewell to our trusted guide, our own therapist, as we continue with our life’s journey.
